1. Nationwide Delivery Network

Scentoria Fragrance proudly delivers to all major cities, towns, and postal jurisdictions across Pakistan, including Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Delivery charges are dynamically determined based on destination and displayed transparently before order placement:

• Karachi Deliveries: Standard rate of Rs. 200 per parcel.
• Deliveries Outside Karachi (Rest of Pakistan): Standard rate of Rs. 300 per parcel.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

All perfumes are carefully inspected, cushioned, and dispatched directly from our Karachi studio within 24 hours of order placement.

• Karachi: Estimated 2–3 business days.
• Outside Karachi: Estimated 4–5 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are brand-stated estimates and may vary slightly during extreme weather conditions, gazetted public holidays, or courier peak seasons.

4. Payment on Delivery (COD)

We operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model. The customer is requested to have the exact payable amount ready in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) upon the courier rider's arrival.
